I have had the phone a short amount of time and it constantly glitches.

It’s hard to change from having a droid phone to an I phone.

I think the android is a better platform for a phone, however, the deal was so good I could not pass it up. This is my first iPhone and I have been using a Mac for years. Maybe in time, my views will change,

I like the functions and the overall use of the going but the camera is HORRIBLE! No matter if it’s in portrait mode or not it’s terrible. I wish i had gone with the 8plus or went back to Android!!

Although it is a good phone, but you can have a SAMSUNG one with better specs and quality for about $400 less.

Bought an iPhone X and was clear that it needed to work outside the US and mentioned that it was a gift to a friend in India. Having bought an iPhone 7 a month earlier I bought this one and this one isn't working!!! Call the 888 number and they say they get such calls all the time and the store is at fault for selling with false claims. I am stuck now and with all the purchases that I have done to be an elite plus member I feel really cheated. Need a resolution to unlock the phone or send a replacement ASAP.

I bought the new iPhone X when it first came out and bought the insurance on it as well. At the time apple care didn’t cover lost/stolen phones and my phone was later stolen from me at a BART station. Apple care updated its policy and cover lost/stolen phones but nobody informed me of this change. I had to still pay for the entire phone that was stolen, which I did not think was fair.

I returned this item and got 8 plus. Screen is not big enough but it is longer and awkward to hold. Apple usally better than this. Fast operation but chassis not good size

Bought the phone a month ago and it started acting up on the third week. Experiencing ghost touch. Have taken it to geek squad twice. They only run it through the computer. Very frustrating!

Not too happy with case because people say they can’t hear me when it’s in the case, I have to take it out to talk ☹️

X it out your to buy list, not really much of a phone.

I’ll be returning this phone. I’ve spent hours with Verizon trying to get it activated. Never again will I go through a non-Verizon establishment to get a phone.

First off, let me put this out there. I’m a long time Apple consumer. When they announced the pricing of the iPhone X, I was skeptical. I didn’t see the value in the cost. After picking this phone up and seeing it in the store, I took a chance and bought the 256gb version. I’m glad I did. Apple has outdone themselves. This product has the best display I’ve ever seen on ANY phone ever. The speed in every day tasks and multi tasking is impressive. The gestures took around a day for me to get used to, being as there is no familiar home button present. This is a premium price point for a unique and premium phone offering by Apple. If you can bring yourself to try it, I promise it won’t disappoint you.

I bought iphone X which had a microphone problem and then i exchanged it to another one. Unfortunately the other one also had dents like old phone. I doubt the quality.

I am very disappointed with this one as it was a gift and was an unlocked new from Bestbuy and when I gave it to my friend we found out the phone will not be able to charge.

It slowed down on day 3! The battery life is poor and getting worse. Phone hates the cold!

I bought phone from best buy. Iphone x . I paid $1150 and they told me it is unlock bur it is not unlock.

Got this device because I wanted a larger screen in a smaller overall size (the plus phones are too large). Love the added screen real estate and the new gestures that are integrated into the OS. Camera takes really good pictures and the battery lasts most days through pretty solid usage.

Got the phone May 11 June had to take it to the apple store and wait 2 hours to fix
