First Time User - Not Impressed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I understand that switching from Android to iPhone can take some getting use to but, I wasn't aware that there would be annoying inconveniences. It was difficult establishing an "Apple ID" (because of it's confusing codes), which is required to download apps. The tech-support representative didn't even know how. I finally figured it out after by myself after tirelessly switching back and forth trying the different codes. The worst thing about this phone is that if you don't leave the phone unlocked it will timeout and close text messages and forms that you are filling out. I'm a slow texter, and it was a headache continuously having to retext long messages, and filling out the Apple ID application. I'm sincerely considering returning the phone and getting the Samsung s9+.

Phone is good but not value for money

Apple's app didn't work, contacts didn't sync, Best Buy didn't offer any assistance. Camera is okay. Considering Apple discontinued this phone, it could have been offered at lower price.

Product was internally tampered.

I went to an Apple authorised service centre. They refused to repair it stating the product has been internally tampered. This is really bad service being provided by bestbuy. Now, I have a new iphone X, which is received from bestbuy in already damaged state.
