I like it, it work well and seems to not have any glitches

Purchased the phone brand new, but 2 weeks of using it the camera stopped working luckily apple provides a free 1 year warranty on all apple products, took to the nearest apple store and they took care of me. Not eeally a best buy fault but its more of just a bad serial phone.

I wanted a Sprint phone , but was given an unlocked phone didn’t want that. It was such a hassle to get the correct SIM card. Apparently the Verizon unlocked phone SIM card is not compatible to the Sprint. I was frustrated returned the phone and got it from the Apple store instead.

It's an iphone. Same old stuff. My Samsung is way better

I bought this phone and when I got it I realized it was an open box. Best Buy still said it was an unlocked iPhone. Once a SIM card is put in a phone, that phone becomes locked to that carrier. Make sure you don’t get open box just to save a few bucks.

Product was good and excellent. I am using this since 4 years and battery is still doing good.

I needed a new cell phone but I really liked Apple, the price of their products were just too much for me. This phone really was great with the price and internal components.

For anyone who is looking for an upgrade on a iPhone from the iPhone 8 Plus and down this is the iPhone for you. It has portrait mode on front and back cameras, second generation Face ID, a dual sim with esim, you can use two numbers on one phone, the A12 Bionic chip is 3x more powerful than the chip on the iPhone 8, 8plus , iPhone X, and smart HDR. That’s something the iPhone X does not have, but the IPhone XR does, and it’s almost the same iPhone as the iPhone XS, and it has a longer battery life than the XS. iOS 13 on the iPhone XR has 3D Touch just like the other iPhones, you buy it, I promise you will like this iPhone.

I like it. It’s nice. The screen looks great, but it’s just like my last 3 iPhones. I love Apple products, because the GUI is the best and is 100% reliable. Oh yeah, that’s why I got rid of my android phone after only 2 months. Because all android does is glitch up. Best feature is the screen. It’s like the iPad Air 2 screen, but an improved version. Everything else is standard Apple iphone, hence 4 stars instead of 5. I paid extra for the 128gb memory for work files. No matter how much I like Apple, there’s is no way I’m paying more than $700.00 for a phone. This should be $400 or less, it’s only an iPad mini Air 3 with a SIM card.

Had this phone since 2019 and I haven’t had any issues. Great phone!
