I just wanted a new phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually purchase the phones with Bestbuy but for black Friday there wasn't much of a sale I asked for the 100 promo gift card they told me no specials only specials I got with my carrier for up grading is 50 off from oruginal price. Plus the store was so busy and who ever helped me out has to leave didn't finish the process someone took over and my phone wasn't activated went home try to do it my self and I couldn't so I had to make another trip the McAllen store. Someone from geek squad activated. But I shouldn't go back and worth it should be done right there not for me to do it myself knowing the phone will get disconnected in the process
