I bought this Apple - iPhone XS 256GB in gold to replace my iPhone 6Plus that I’d had for several years. There are several features that are different and it took me a minute to learn the new way to do things. For instance, taking a screen shot; turning your phone off; and clearing out apps running in the background are all just a little different with this new model. I love that iPhone is so intuitive, though. Learning how to navigate this new phone is easy because iPhone is so intuitive! I have noticed that my phone has gotten “stuck” on some screens occasionally and that is annoying. It is usually something to do with voicemail or the phone. For example, 2 days ago, someone was calling and I could hear and see that my phone was ringing but no matter what I tried, it would not let me answer it. Ugh! After the call died out, I just clicked the side button to close out of that call and opened my phone back and called them back. Stuff like that is weird and annoying. The actual phone is really nice, though. I prefer a matte gold rather than the gold mirror look. But, I still think I got the color that I’d like the best out of my options. The price really seems exorbitant.

The phone is easy to operate. All images are bright and vibrant. I appreciate the easy access to the flashlight as I never seemed to remember where it was on my old phone.

I tried all the newer models and feel that this is the best one. The Max was too big for my hand. The vivid screen colors and crisp camera pics say it all. Try for yourself.

Upgraded to this from an iPhone 6. My first one died in under a month, but Apple replaced it. It takes a bit getting used to no home button, but the new updates are awesome!

I upgraded to this iPhone XS from an iPhone 6. What a nice upgrade. Using apple map the other day was a big difference from the old phone. Able to use the whole screen was really good.

Compact yet powerful and able to use with ease. Battery seems to go fast. One thing chanted from using thumb pad, trying to do screen shots. Still learning this new phone.

The iPhone - XS was a perfect choice for our teenage daughter. Easy to use with plenty of features and she was able to move everything over from her old iPhone with no issues.

In my opinion, this Xs is the best phone yet from Apple. The OLED screen, facile management of screens, speed and numerous features and accessories like the AirPod are amazing.

I loved my iPhone 7 but was in need of an upgrade and I am glad I did. This phone is really fast and the camera is Awesome, I would recommend to anybody looking for a new phone.

Absolutely in love with this phone! The large screen is great and yes I had to get over the fact that it didn’t have a home button but I go used to it pretty quickly! Great purchase!

I've had this phone for 2 years now. And it still works like a charm. Not ready to upgrade until Apple releases something that actually "wows" me.

If you like iPhones this is a good step up. Coming from an iPhone 8 thee are too many upgrades to mention. I like the Animoji’s. The portrait setting on the camera is awesome.

Although there is not much difference between the X and XS performance wise, their are some new tricks and security measures in place that make this phone the best there is out there.

This phone takes pics that are amazing. The iPhone commercial is right. You can do almost anything with camera settings like portrait or studio where the background is blacked out.

I enjoy the fact that the screen is bigger than my old phone, but not too big. I can see videos a lot clearer. I can also see pictures a lot clearer.

I switched up from an iPhone 8 , love the camera and picture quality . Though people still have trouble hearing me . Not sure if it is the phone or me but I love the phone

This is my first iPhone grade since the iPhone 6. I am thoroughly impressed and enjoying the phone.

My iPhone 8+ kept falling out of my girl pockets because it was too big. The xs fits great and still has a big screen so I can do all my financials since I don’t have a computer.

Overheats with wireless charging so much that it locked up today and would not reset.. I enjoy the phone ecosystem with the Macbook Pro, Apple watch, Apple TV, and etc. As a closed system, works great. I'm a long term Android user/Windows/Linux, so it's not a big deal to change around. The design, as always with Apple, is impeccable.
