However you feel about the removal of headphone jacks from devices, this adapter works well. No static or other distortion. I'm concerned about its longevity, considering the thinness of the cable, but it's held up perfectly thus far. Maybe Apple will learn to love strain reliefs one day :)

I bought some Bose Wireless headphones and I love them, but unless there is WIFI on the airplane you cannot connect to your iPhone. This connects even when you are in airplane mode.

What can you say about this cable. It gets the job done. It connects very securely and I have used it for jogging and have not had any problems disconnecting accidentally.
