A: Yes, I believe so. I just asked my daughter how this adapter works and she said that you plug one end into your phone and the other end is able to use any type of ear phones to listen to music. I asked her because, I purchased my Iphone 7 several months ago and I just decided that I want to listen to my music on the my phone. I was also told the same information by a sales clerk.
