I've used and abused the adapter that came with my I-phone. So I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy an extra one to have for a back-up.

The cheaper options on amazon broke within a couple weeks, so as long as I don’t have to purchase another one in a couple months.. it’s worth it.
