great accessory for new iphone 11 and 12.Especially if you have a very good weird headphone that you want to keep

Does what it needs to do. I had to get a replacement for my daughter's iPhone. I suspect the previous one started failing due to bending too often near the plug, so be careful with that!

I bought an iPhone 11 and was stuck with having to buy those ridiculous earbuds until a friend told me this was a better option and I love it!!! It’s such a little piece of equipment and it works great. I have no issues with it. One suggestion for Bestbuy is regarding shipping as I live in an apartment complex, 5th floor and their delivery service just tossed it on the floor randomly on the first floor. Luckily a kind neighbor took it to the leasing office. So be aware of the delivery of your items.

Just plug your older earphones into one end and the other end into your phone. You’re good to go. Listen to the music you like.

The adapter works terrific and I’ve bought a couple to use with earbuds a lot cheaper than Apple

It works as designed. This adapter is necessary to be able to play music through wired headphones due to Apple's move to the lightening connector. I only bought this one as a backup to one I had left behind. I am giving it four stars because I don't like having to use this adapter.

This is an official Apple product, works great. This is not a cheap knock off version. As described does what its supposed to do.

My granddaughter just loves it! She is able to connect her headphones now since Apple dropped the headphone jack from the Iphone.

This thing is tiny and I snagged an extra for the work van so it's always there when I'm ready to plug into the AUX and listen to my music. it works just fine.

This is the adapter if you have an older pair of EarPods that need to connect to a newer Apple device. They work like they are suppose to!

With Apple, it may be expensive, but it will work. This product fits both descriptions. Hopefully you can find it on sale, but it works well.

Purchased this little accessory for my wife's iPhone 8 plus and it does what it needs to do. I lets her use her ear pods and that made her happy.

If you want the phone capability, it is not really worth looking at the alternatives. The official Apple converter handles phone calls and all other functions perfectly and for those that want to plug a 3.5mm headphone jack in to a newer phone, this is the one to get. Apple used to provide this with the phones but have stopped recently. It's a pain to buy something additional but worth it, especially if you have noise cancelling headphones you want to use with the phone like I do. Works great, right out of the (tiny) box!
