    The adapter works great and was exactly what I needed. This was really a purchase of want than need. I have an old speaker system at work which is wired and with the new I phone I couldn't use it. I could not find the adapter which was supposed to be with the new phone but I found and purchased it quickly from our local Best Buy store.
