With my luck, I thought, there won't be any Lightning to headphone jack converters in stock -- but I was wrong. Thank you Best Buy -- you had them on the shelf and they were perfect.

iPhone to 3.5 audio jack

It works flawlessly. It is nice to have the option to connect to the phone when you don't feel like throwing away the older tech you spent money on. Too bad Apple didn't include it, but we know it is all about making money for them.
