The Apple - Lightning-to-3.5mm Headphone Adapter is definitely a plus for anyone with an iPhone 7 who wishes to connect to a device that requires a 3.5mm jack as input. And if you have several such devices, I would highly recommend acquiring multiple headphone adapters that can be kept with each of your audio devices.

We keep these around when our boys want to use their gaming headphones with their iPhones. Oh, we would have purchased 1 instead of two however please remind your 7 year olds, you may not put your older brothers Ear Pod pro's in YOUR MOUTH.....not happy about that one.

adapter is necessary to be able to Use your earphones. it wont slip out. I like that the extender makes the cord slightly longer.

I made the mistake and bought some cheaper priced ones off eBay and Amazon. They lasted around a month each. The real deal apple ones work. No static. These only stop working when you loose them.

This is just a simple adapter for using your wired headphones (or aux cable in the car) with your iPhone without the headphone port... there's not much to it, but it works exactly as expected! It is an apple product, and feels well constructed and is not wobbly or loose feeling like some other brands...

There isn't much you can say about another apple dongle, if you have an i phone it works fine. I say find a set of headphones you like and keep it plugged into that headphone all the time so you don't loose it.

It does its job connecting older ear buds to a newer iPhone 8. What more can I say? I could say my teeth are whiter, my back pain is gone, I lost 20 pounds, all due too this connector. But that would be wrong. If you need this type of connector, buy this one. There! I’m done.

I bought this when I realized too late I left mine at home on a set of headphones. I really needed it. Besides you can’t have too many of these in your possession because you never know.

This Apple product does what it’s designed to do. I also agree with every customer on the planet that thinks these companies taking things away and forcing you to buy an adapter to get the basic function back is rediculous.

This adapter was amazing! OMG, it plugs into your iphone and allows your old school headphones to work! I'm blown away by the quality and performance of this adapter. It literally "adapts" . I hope one day that apple comes out with an off white version as the white version is just a little too white for me

I needed to be able to plug up my iPad to our sound system through my headphone jack, but needed to take my case off to do so because of the size of my plug. This extender makes it possible to plug in to the headphone jack through the lightening plug without having to take the case off. Great solution for my situation.

I just got an iPhone X, with no headphone jack. Given how much I listen to wired headphones, I decided I needed an extra dongle beyond the 1 that ships with the iPhone. It works well. I have mixed emotions on the headphone jack going away, but when I'm not using BlueTooth headphones this dongle works just fine.

In a perfect world Apple wouldn't have removed 1/8" stereo jacks from all i-devices, but they did, which meant you either had to replace the audio output gizmos you use with your iPhone or iPad, or get one of these. Thing is, these work perfectly and cost very little, so why not?

Works as listed for headphones or to use with an aux cord i needed this for my car as it only takes aux cord i just can’t drive with no music

I’m still kind of stewing over apple removing the headphone jack from some of its products but this adaptor works really well for being able to use my non Bluetooth headphones. I just don’t like that apple made us have to purchase and carry around an adapter that can be lost and have to be replaced.

I bought this item mainly to play music from my iPhone XR using an aux cord in my car. It works very well, nothing wrong with it so far. I found that is also great with hands-free talking and navigation As an added bonus, it came with 4 months free apple music streaming.

I bought some cheap knock off ones elsewhere thinking they'd be the same as the original Apple ones. I was wrong. These not only work with headphones but they work for standalone microphones. I was needing them to convert the standard lavalier microphone to be used on iPhone.
