Had no idea what I needed and got great help! Super customer service at Oxford Acalley store.

I connect my headphones and it works great. I am not giving it a 5 star because it’s material seems fragile.

For us old fashion people who still use corded headphone and own an iPhone (post iPhone 7's release) this is a must have. While not too expensive, I do feel this should be included (or at least it should have for the first few years) and cost less than $5 but that's my opinion. The cord is short and could be easily lost if not careful but other than that, works as advertise.

Does the job, just what I needed, and wanted, works perfectly.

Pretty much necessary to use wired headphones with modern "i" devices. I lost the one that came with my iPhone, leaving me with no music on a long flight, so I bought a few of these while they were on sale. I leave one on every pair of headphones I use and keep one in my laptop bag as a spare.

Only way to salvage my nice headphone collection for an iPhone 8. And unlike air buds the never die.

They work great. I go through 4 to 5 a year that’s my fault I’m hard on them it’s still cheaper then all the headphones I was breaking so I guess I’m ahead on it. Bottom line they are a good product that I wish I didn’t need. If only I could get Bluetooth headphones that would play for 12 hours.

Easy to use. Good to reuse my beats. It was also great to receive a 3-months suscription of Apple Music!

Wife mistakenly brought headphones from IPhone 6 to use with iPhone 7. Since she conducts business by phone while on vacation she needed to be hands free. The local Best Buy came to the rescue. Ordered online and it was ready by the time I drove there. Store personnel were friendly and helpful.

Good charger. Don't know why they put the word "lightning" in the title. Works the same way as my other one.

It is important to buy Apple brand or Apple certified cables and accessories. An Apple certified cable or accessory, for iOS devices, will be labled MFI, Made For iPhone. Failure to use MFI certified could cause damage to the device and void the warranty and cause a costly repair or replacement.

now i can still exist in a transitional state and use my older equipment and partner with my new technology

I use this audio adapter a lot, it is slim and reliable

So far the adapter kinda works. For the most part it does it’s job, like 90% of the time. But there have been times where I lose the sound to my headphones and I’ve had to unplug the adapter and reinsert to get the sound back. Not sure what causes this. I never had this issue with my headphones before with other iPhones that didn’t require any adapter use. I will recommend ONLY because you need this piece to use your wired headphones if you still own any.

I tried a cheap one off ebay and it didn't work. My husband loves his wired headphones and had to have this with his new iPhone 11. Works perfect, all the headphone controls are functional with this one as opposed to nothing working with the aftermarket one.

Super! Don’t know what my daughter would do without it! I would recommend buying a few bc it’s so small that it’s easy to lose. If it wasn’t for me keeping track if it’s where abouts it would have been lost many times over. But it’s so useful!!

It works exactly for what I needed it to. I have so many headphones I wanted to use before and now I can.

I use this more than I use the bathroom!! And coming from someone with IBS, that’s a lot.
