The adapter works with typical headphones. The price is a bit much.

I like this product but I’ve had to buy it a few times. I keep my phone in my pocket when walking around listening to music. Lasts a long time but eventually all the moving around starts to mess up the connection I think.

Annoying that you need this inorder to use regular earbuds or headphones, but since its an Apple branded item it works as stated. Glad price is pretty low because I've bought quite a few of these since my son has a habit of losing or breaking them.

If you have teenagers with wired headphones, for the price, I'd recommend purchasing a multiple for backups. Cost-effective solution for those 'gotta have it now' moments with your kids and they lost their adapter. Highly recommended.

This is a much cheaper and simple solution to extending the life of my current headphones. I get why Apple did away with the traditional headphone jack to keep dirt, water and dust out. It's only a few inches long. I hope I don't lose it.

Apple decided that fir >$1.000 phone the end user could afford another $10. It was included on earlier iPhones. Apple removed the headphone jack to make it waterproof so users could drop their phone in the toilet and then make a call.

This was a very essential item that although it may be small in size it essential for the phone to utilize the headset. I am glad that I invested the money because it was money well spent This attachment allows me to sync music to my car speaker.

It sucks to be without your wired headsets once you upgrade your phone. Really, you should have gone BT in your headgear before getting the upgrade to avoid this accessory. But I can't part with my BOSE QC 25 headphones right now, so I need this.
