They do the job but are a pain in the buttocks. Easy to lose and still don’t understand why they don’t include another charging port on the adapter. I realize BlueTooth is an option for most, but it is unreliable and is not compatible with high end sound equipment or PA speakers where you need to use a 3.5mm adapter. Would be happy to buy a couple of these if they had the extra bunt hole to connect a charging cable so that when you are using your phone in a live performance situation, your phone/iPad won’t die. I know a lot of drummers that rely on using 3.5mm cables to route to their in-ear monitors for sound, click-track or backing tracks. They are moving over to other products besides Apple because of this.

This product is an excellent invention and investment for using my head phones on my iPhone. This product performance is awesome with deep clarity and is my second time investing in it. Thanks again apple and Best Buy, you’re awesome.

Now I can use my wired ear buds that have the 3.5 mm round plug with my iPhone 11 Pro Max’s lightning plug opening.

Very helpful and necessary if you use wired headsets. Sturdy and durable, more than normal lightning power/data cable material. Not too pricy although it would be nice to have this with the device included.

This adapter works great. I recommend purchasing multiple of these. For example, one for the house, one for the car, one for work, and one for travel. That way you don’t really have to bring it everywhere you go, it just stays at those locations.

I have an iPhone 7, so the aux cord in my car became a problem. I lost the first one that came with the phone, but it didn't cost too much to replace. Also if you don't have the lightning headphones you can always plug regular ones into it and it works just fine.

If you just want to hear the songs or something someone is saying real good on your Apple product, this is the product you need. So, this Lightening Headphone Adapter works great. You can hear everything so clear. No one can tell you your music is too loud!

I just upgraded my phone to an iPhone 8. I wanted to listen to my music without spending the extra money to buy Bluetooth headphones. I was happy to find the lightning to 3.5mm adapter so I could still use my current headphones. The sound is fantastic.

The adapter works as designed. Wish you didn't need to have one for "normal" headphones but since you do......this one works. Some of the aftermarket ones get zapped with IOS updates so conforming to the Apple brand is the only way not to be so annoyed.

Bought this to add to my Apple headphones. It was super simple to add to my headphone jack and use for what I needed for. Highly recommend if you have any of the newer Apple products or need it for other devices

Needed an adapter for my headphones on my new I Phone. This Apple adapter has performed perfectly. The quality is great. Could have purchased a aftermarket one, but I decided to go with the Apple quality.

I own my own small business and we use square to do card transactions. One employee had a newer iPhone and he needed this adaptor to take transactions over his phone when the internet went out. It worked perfectly and we could continue to operate as normal.

I have a pair of Beats earbuds that I still wanted to use with my iPhone 7 plus. This does that. You need to put adaptor in phone first, then plug in earphones. If you plug them in together, it doesn't always work and sound comes out phone speakers.
