I've only had it for about a week and have used it once. So far it has worked with sporadic static in the headphones. Best Buy is not to fault for a cheaply made apple product.

While it does work if you want to listen to music, you can’t talk on the phone with the adapter. You can hear them but they can’t hear you. Very disappointing!

I'm giving this product three stars because I'm not a fan of the fact that the newer Apple phones requires this extension for the use of standardized 3.5 mm jacks.

Replacing this a third time, they are easy to loose or damage but necessary if you want to listen to music from your apple products on non bluetooth tech.

I meant to buy an iPhone charger, and instead I bought this. Instantly returned it when I realized my mistake, but it probably would've worked with whatever it was needed for.

Stinks that iPhone users have to use these to begin with , but they work well. Just not very durable. But at least best buy had them on sale for a couple of bucks off.

It is your typical charging cable. Very short. Ends are too short. It is hard to pull apart from phone. For all that apple charges it’s a disappointment.

I think this is an average product because the cord in the middle is flimsy, and it seems like it could get worn easily to the point where the connection would stop working.

I mean it’s an adapter so you can use headphones its really small and feels cheap. But you will need this if you still want to use wired headphones

Works great got 2 more for my wife and daughter car.

They work really well with apple headphones only. Not so well with non apple headphones. They also have caused my phones to glitch.

It is what it is. Definitely should be included with new iPhones. Definitely not worth the price for what it is but a necessary evil if you own an iPhone.

The adapter works just fine, the problem is you can't charge the phone as you use headphones. It's a little bit delicate.

It sometimes causes static to come through the headphones which can be annoying. I have bought 5 of these and lost 4. I wish Apple products had a built in audio jack again

I ordered this online and they sent me the wrong merchandise. So it took awhile for me to get the right product. Nonetheless, it is a good device.

The product and service would receive 5 stars if not overshadowed by all the Best Buy SPAM I received AFTER I unsubscribed and changed my account settings to No Notifications.

One of the only bad things about apple, having to buy a patch when you get caught between updated iphones etc.

I was really excited to have an adapter for my phone so I could use my old plug in headphones. I chose this because it’s from Apple. I wanted to really like this but it just kept falling out of charging port on my phone. It became annoying. What’s the point of having an adapter dongle if it just keeps coming out? Also this should be $3 not $10. Its a waste. I returned. Nexxttt. I just I’ll just stick to my wireless.

Wrong item. I asked for the adapter for the iPad Pro, this is for the older iPad. I need to exchange it, but haven’t had a chance.

Since the iphone 7 no longer uses the standard earphone jack, I needed to get another audio connector to have on hand. Best buy is one of the few stores where you can buy it.
