Refused to change my Bose cord headphones, so this was a necessity. Not in love with it, but it serves its purpose.

It’s a dongle. It allows you to use your non-lightning headphones with Apple devices. Seems well built. Wish it was smaller but oh well.

The apple adapter is a good idea, but this item seems to go out quickly. Not sure why..

I've had nothing problems with the adapter that comes with the phone and the additional two I've bought since. I've tried multiple headphones (that work in other devices just fine) and all act up. It will randomly open Siri, skip parts of songs/videos, and fast forward multiple chapters of audiobooks. My friends seem to have the same issues with theirs..guess Apple just wants you to stick with their headphones apparently

I can’t stand how apple doesnt include most products you need when buying a really expensive phone

This is the way "eco-friendly" companies like Apple want us to go these days. With the excuse of "slimness", get rid of the 3.5 mm which forces consumers to buy crap like this or waste even more on wireless devices. Not the mention the plastic pollution which comes with separate devices being sold.

Good product but wish it was necessary. Of course Apple needs more $$$

i wonder why we need to pay $10 after buying $1000 phone. Apple (or Best buy )should think about having these in Box with phone.

It's bad enough that Apple forces the need for an adapter - but do they have to make them so expensive as well?

I keep misplacing these little things. I hope apple goes back to the standard headphone outlet.

The dongle does work, but can be annoying sometimes. When working out it sticks out of my pocket and can be a pain to adjust.

Would and have bought them more than once they last if you be careful try not to bend it to much the wire will tear.

The cord on this is just like the charging cord and after too many bends it starts to come apart

Product works as described. The 3 stars reflects my frustration with Apple constantly changing the types of connections we need.

Been using this for a week now and so far it is holding up. I am worried that it will not hold up so am keeping the receipt. Feels flimsy!

It’s very flimsy and doesn’t feel like a great product. More like a side project.

Apple wires are fragile, made to look good breaks from the connecter ends.

This item is probably one of apples cheapest dogles of all time. The problem is you WILL lose this tiny dongle. So keep a sharp eye on it.
