This is an authentic Apple item. Works without issue. There is no reason to take a chance on a third party item and find out it is not compatible when this item can be purchased for less than $10.

With this adapter you can use any 1/8” headphones, even models with a microphone. Won’t allow charging unless you have an iPhone 8 or newer with wireless charger.

Needed an adapter for my cars stereo and was able to get one the we day. Price was cheaper than competitors and with curbside pick up it was ready within an hour!

Fixes the mistake Apple made by eliminating the Headphone port on the iPhone. The only down side of this is that one cannot charge the phone while using the lightning port without the belkin adapter.

It's a really easy to use adapter, if you really like that wired headphone feeling and even lets you use the controls on the headphones too!

Not sure why apple didn’t stick with a 35 mm jack, but nonetheless this little device does the trick so you can still use an aux cord in the car or plug in your favorite wired headphones.

My kids headphones have the auxiliary plug in. So, it was worth me purchasing this so they could continue to use the headphones they love. The sound still comes through with quality and clarity.

If you have a headset with microphone and 3.5mm jack and your iPhone has lightning connector only... a must have. This is the only adapter I have found to let microphone work.

Purchased a cheaper one and all we got was static, no bass or no sound at all. Lesson learned. Bought this apple product and of course it works great with our iphone 8 plus and regular headphones.

Just what I needed. Unfortunately iPhones require this to plug in the stereo or headphones

Not sure why all the negative reviews but if you take care of it well it gets the job done. Have it it for about 6 months now and still works great.

I bought my first lightning adapter two years ago. It is still working well. I bought this one for my sister. The only complaint I have is that an adapter is needed in the first place.

I purchased a new IPhone recently but still wanted to use the headphones that I currently have. Since the new phones do t have a headphone jack, this adapter is necessary. Works great. No issues
