It's insane how much they charge for a necessity!!

Doesn’t handle the wear and tear of daily usage and had to replace within a month. Best Buy service was excellent for replacing.

This adapter works great with Apple headphones when listening to music. However, when talking on the phone it often cuts out and people cannot hear me on the other end. I've tried this with two other Apple headphones with the same result. Amazingly, Apple tech support says buy newer headphones that don't need the adapter...

Love this little tool, I use it all the time to connect speaks, headsets it’s a must have for my everyday life. I’ve had mine over 4 years now and it works just like it did on day one.

This adapter is a must-have for iPhone users. It lets you connect any 3.5mm headphones to your Lightning port. It works flawlessly and has a good sound quality. It is also small and easy to carry. However, it is a bit pricey and easy to lose. It is a useful accessory.

Phone does not detect the adapter. Waste of money.

If you buy a new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, you get one of these in the box. But, inevitably you'll leave it at home when you need it at work, etc. For those that aren't aware, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus do not have a headphone jack so you absolutely need to use one of these if you want to use wired headphones with a 3.5mm (1/8" inch) connector. It does work with any other iOS device running iOS 10 or newer. Again, if you are running an older version of iOS (such as iOS 9), this will NOT work until you update to iOS 10. The adapter itself is fairly small and lightweight. It has a 1.5 inch cable between the two connectors which probably helps avoid putting strain on the Lightning jack. For once, I think Apple priced this reasonable (for Apple standards) at $8.99.

My car has trouble with the bluetooth since i do have a aux entry i use the adapter to connect my phone the sound is better can hear my music clearly

This is my second adapter because I needed another for our second car. It pairs great with the auxiliary audio cable and with our Apple iPhone. Once connected I can listen to my music with great joy.

I use it to adapt wired ear buds to iPhone 12 at the gym. Works great.

These things only last a couple of months if you use them regularly. Bring back the headphone jack Apple.
