I purchased because it because I did not have ear buds. I was able to use the buds I had until my Apple ones came in.

So easy to misplace. If I am in a situation that I can use my wireless headphones good. Many times as a trainer I have to plug into the audio system supplied by the gym. This requires the adaptor, and if you use this, the phone can not be charged at the same time. This adaptor is easily misplaced,

A 'necessary evil' adapter that Apple is making a killing on. I have this as a back up with a pair of plug in headphones (with phone mic) when I can't get to my bluetooth ones for those conference calls. So far it has lasted and I haven't lost it and it hasn't broken yet

Heaphone jack adapter is very durable and an absolute necessity for the current generation of Apple's iPhone. Adapter has enough flexibility to avoid crimping the wire.

Works to replace the lack of a port. Easy to transport as it takes hardly any room and is so lite that one will not notice any additional weight to a phone carry bag.

This was actually a stocking stuffer for my teenage daughter. She lost hers and was thrilled to have this back to use with her earpods and Beats wired headphones.

I chose to buy an adapter for my earphones as it was the cheaper alternative. It works perfectly. No need to buy more earphones. Brilliant.
