    Very useful! Sorry that iPhones don’t have this built in, but the adapter remedies that.

    If you need it you need it. Bluetooth works but if you use a service like tidal or Amazon HD this will help you get the most out of the service and your headphones. It is worrisome how thin the adapter cord is though.

    Apple - Lightning-to-3.5mm Headphone Adapter is needed as the latest IPhone has only a Lighting port. Most other equipment such as speakers have a 3.5mm port.

    It always helps to have an extra “pig tail” to connect ear buds, headphones or an external speaker to an iPhone. Very glad I have an extra connection.
