Simple adaptor does what it's supposed to do. Allow you to use headphones with a standard 1/8 connector into any iOS device with a lightning connector.

I bought another one to keep in my car as it needs it for my iPhone. The buying process at Best Buy to pick up in store always makes it easy.

After purchasing several highly rated adapters elsewhere this one is the the only one that works with my iphone 7. I plan to buy a couple more.

It is a shame that manufacturers are going away from headphone jacks, but it is the way they all seem to be going in an effort to get the slimmest device. If you are willing to go bluetooth exclusively, then this adapter is not necessary. However, if you have a great set of headphones that you still want to use (like the shure se530's) then you need this. It is a shame that you can charge your device or listen to the headphones, but not both with this little adapter. Ultimately I recommend it if you still need (or want) to connect your wired headphones.

If Bluetooth eludes you or can't seem to find that perfect pair of earphones yet. Having an extra one for my workout ear buds and then one for home.

If you have a recent iPhone it's a must to connect your iPhone to your headphones or other cabled devices.

Now I can use any headphones with my iPhone! I can also plug my iPhone in to my car radio without having to buy another cord.
