Just what I needed to use my poor man headphones. I tested and it works on all my apple devices even the ones that have a headphone jack already. The sound I noticed sounds the same but I think the onboard sounds louder compared to the adapter. The cable on this is tiny and seems like it may not hold out with heavy use but it tougher than it looks, it does how ever have reliefs on the ends. the cable is the very rubbery feeling and it attracts dirt. But given its short comings it is the longer lasting of the two I purchased. This is the best cable I used that really grips the 3.5 mill jack this will hold up the phone it self, if you left it on the end of a cord it will stay. It does support the mic and vol button headphones.

Cable works great in vehicle. Allows me to listen to my Apple Music. No complaints does what it is supposed to do.

I use this in my car with my auxiliary cable! Easy to use and can hear everything very clearly. Works great.

Works really well for older corded headphones and seems to last a good while. I only just replaced mine after years of hard gym use.

The iPhone adapter is good for just basic usage. It does not allow you to charge your phone while you listen, which is a big miss for Apple. I bought this until I could purchase the Belkin adapter, which allows both listening and charging simultaneously.

Works well as an adaptor but would have preferred apple keeping the headphone jack on current generation iPhones.

Had to have it. Ya know, since Apple decided to take away the headphone jack... But, this adapter works like it should.

This products does the job. I have a new iPhone and I have various wired earbuds so it is a necessity for me. Fits really secure!

Good alternative for old head phones that don’t support the lightning port

It really does! Plugs into my phone, headphones plug into the adapter & BAM! It's almost like Apple didn't even take out the headphone jack! Woohoo!

I was shopping for a dongle to use my old Bose headphones with my new iPhone, when the salesperson recommended this. First I could not believe it was only $10 since every Apple accessory is expensive. It’s simple and allows me to enjoy my old school headphones a little longer

It's unfortunate that the leading flagships from Apple and Samsung no longer retain native support for wired headphones that utilize the auxiliary connector. That said, this adapter wasn't too pricey and it does what it's advertised to do. Not much to complain about once you get past the fact that an adapter is needed at all to use a favorite pair of 'older' headphones you may be hanging onto.

This works wonderful with my noise cancel headphones into my iPhone 13

I love this addition because there is some apps I use that I need headphones that are plugged because they are not compatible with Bluetooth headphones. Also works great for listening to music at work because sometimes the cordless headphones are too hidden and people are completely unaware that you have headphones in your year. If you not a strong Bluetooth headphones user I would use this it's very reliable and then switch to Bluetooth while it's charging if you would like to continue a conversation or continue listening to music.
