I have two iPhones (work, personal) and four headsets (home, work, auto, spare). I have a few of these adapters. Sure, BT headsets are great, but they require charging. Sure Apple makes lightning headsets, but they are not stylish and not always comfortable. What do you do instead? You grab a custom wired set and one of these adapters. Always have a backup plan and with this adapter, you will never go wrong.

If you are like me and chose to upgrade to the iPhone 7, but are a audiophile and choose to use a actual set of headphones(Sennheiser is my personal choice) instead of the ones Apple provides then this is a must have.

This product works as stated, I use it daily. All the real Apple (not counterfeit) Lightning to Micro USB adapters I have bought work fine all the way up through current day iOS 11. I have had cases where adapters get dirty and need to be cleaned with alcohol. I had one fail by breaking where the Lightning plug connects to the adapter. With most Lightning cables, they go bad where the cable meets the plug. These are the only ones I will use.

Great product, works great, allows me to use all my different headphones with my iPad & iPhone.

I get why Apple removed the headphone jack from their phones, but I miss it! I don't always have my Bluetooth headphones charged and ready, so it's nice to have this adapter available to use with my wired ones, especially when I'm traveling. Works perfectly. Not sure why the Insignia (Best Buy) brand is more expensive, though. I'll stick with these.

My son needed a headphone adapter for his Iphone, I had one that was a cheap aftermarket but it was horrible and would not work. I was able to get one at best buy the same day he came to me with the problem. The price was good and it is working great, my son is happy and so am I.

East setup and works perfectly. Allows use of the phone without a headphone jack.

This works as expected - nothing fancy. It made moving to the new phone less painful.

Just like apple said it fits and works like a glove, wish it was cheaper but it's an Apple product you pay for what you get and you get a high end product for the price thank you apple

Great to hook up to your car stereo, sounds fantastic, use it with your pandora and it sound like your at a concert. Answer calls, hands free… One of the best things you can have on a road trip or just driving to the store, so glad I was able to locate this device since I had upgraded to a better iPhone I needed this extension piece.

I love my new iPhone, but I still hate the fact that I need to have a dongle in order to use my favorite headphones with my phone. That being said, the dongle is exactly the same that came with my phone which is great. It works like it should and perhaps I'm uninformed, but it does seem to improve the audio quality a bit. If you need a backup dongle or just want to be able to use your favorite headphones, this is definitely the way to go.

These definitely comes in handy if you have an older car with 3.5mm jack instead of Bluetooth for your phone and any earphones you haven’t upgraded or any older accessories you bought for an older iPhone that you don’t want to replace. I just realized I needed one for a thermometer I bought that works with my iPhone and I didn’t have to buy a new one, just add this to the cord.

I cant be more happy with this all my good headphones are 3.5 plug and apple went and pulled this switch to the lightning plug on us. I was not about to buy new headphones cause they werent cheap DJ headphones! Thanks apple for the adapter but if you pulled the switch you might want to consider adding the adapter with the phone considering the phone itself isnt cheap. All in all the adapter works great!

This cable is the best, nothing like having the original cables for your Apple devices.
