apple quality, fits perfect and i can use my headphones with iPhone 7

I was visiting friends in the city and forgot my Bluetooth headphones. I had an old pair of wired headphones in my bag and with a quick stop at Best Buy I grabbed one of these so I could spend money on other things. It’s small enough to leave in my bag for my next lapse of judgement.

When I got my phone I didn’t realize it didn’t have a normal jack for my headphones. Went to look for headphones that had the lightning connector and ran into this. It was perfect. I didn’t have to spend any extra money on headphones. This did just the trick. Sound quality is still the same. I just wish it came in black.

Works great on windows and on MAC. bought this because my company issued me a junk Acer notebook tablet thing that only has USB C connections. With this little adapter (super cheap too) I'm able to use full size usb and transfer data. I even use this on my Note 8 to hook up a USB drive. I bought 2 more after I realized how useful they are.

I read a review that this has a much better than expected DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) so I decided to give it a try with my iPhone SE (which has a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack). Using headphones with this adapter did sound better than plugging the headphones directly into the iPhone.

In principle, I'm not thrilled that I event have to buy these things. It's frustrating that there isn't a 3.5mm jack on the iphone, but that's for a different review... This product, however, functions exactly as advertised, but are super easy to lose. I've bought 3 of them so far. At least they're inexpensive!

I like to use this so I can plug in my headphones.

This is a very special adapter . it works very well, I use it when I travel and I can watch all my favorite shows from my iPhone by putting an HDMI cable to any TV.

Love these things! Use them at work and at home constantly! Perfect for listening to mixes from my studio at home or on different devices in various places!

This item works very well with my product. Great quality.

Not much to say other than it works great. Most of my devices are bluetooth capable, but I sometimes I have a need for a wired connection such as connecting it to my old car stereo. There were less expensive items online, but the difference was too nominal to wait for it to ship.

Apple dropped the ball big time by getting rid of the audio jacks and putting everything through the lightning socket. Fortunately there’s this adapter that allows you to hook up your 3.5mm corded devices to the lightning socket phones... just don’t lose it. It’s so easy to lose. Seriously, this is the 5th one I’ve had to buy.

I am now on my third lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter since getting my phone in the spring. That's not good. The adapter is capable of doing exactly what it says on the package and turns the lightning connector into a 3.5mm jack. I wish I didn't need it, but for reasons I won't get into, I do. The construction of the dongle is so flimsy that the short wire between the lightning connector and the headphone jack is incredibly easy to pinch or break. These have broken under what I would professionally regard as "normal" usage, not getting wires caught in exercise machines. This is probably the last one I will buy, even with my continued need for a 3.5mm output for my phone, as other manufacturers and retailers are now producing much better quality adapters. They may cost a little more, but even at the low price $10 a piece for the Apple OEM dongle it adds up when you have to keep replacing failed equipment. I have given 2 stars because the dongle DOES work exactly as advertised...until it breaks.

Perfect gift to those who may need a little assurance - for when you want to connect your Bose (cable) headset to your otherwise non-existent headphone jack. Comes in handy when BT headset is left uncharged and you just have to keep binge watching on a long international flight!

Awesome purchase! Was looking for this exact adaptor so that I was able to use my older wired headphones this fit the ticket.

Easy and convenient to use. Small portable and inexpensive. After purchasing my new iPhone I realized that the Jack was missing for my coded EarPods. Not a bad trade off getting a second speaker and using this simple adapter whenever I want to use one of my older corded ear pods

Always stock up on these when the price goes down since my son continuously loses the adapter needed to use 3.5 headphones with his iPhone 7. The lightning headphones are long gone. As are replacement lightning headphones. Easier to plug one of these to one of the many 3.5 pairs laying aroung the house than buy another pair of lightning ones (which are subsequently lost). Haven't tried cheapy versions from online sellers but would expect them to be the same as lightning charger cables - crap. PS thanks Apple for the brilliant jack change idea...

Works good. Get this one don’t go to a flea market for one when you can go to Best Buy and get this. Your crush won’t ditch the aux if it’s from apple. The one I had from a flea market would say BLUETOOTH CONNECTED. Not this one

Works great. So much cheaper then Amazon would definitely buy another when I need it
