Does what it’s supposed to. I lose these buggers constantly though but $8/pop isn’t so bad. My third or 4th once since apple ditched the headphone jack. Not too bad.

I was surprised to see this product when I saw it. I have a sealed case on my phone so accessing the mic input is difficult. I was going to walk away because i don't want to buy cordless headphones due to the price. Then I saw this and was excited that it solved my problem in a more conventional way. I don't feel it's something I want to pay 10 bucks for. It's worth 3.99 maybe which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

I prefer to have an aux cable when listening to music on my iPhone with headphones and this adapter helps greatly. Highly recommended.

When Apple decided to ditch the .25 inch jack receptacle this little thing became necessary for anything auxiliary—from playing music to charging with the Square. Small, simple, and utterly necessary until the day the whole world is Bluetooth.

If you are upgrading to a new iPhone without a 3.5mm headphone port and you have a pair of headphones, you need this product. I personally hate the Apple headphones because they are uncomfortable and always fall out of my ears.

It connects my old headphones to my new iPhone, it is a does a fine job of that.

We bought this to create an external microphone setup for my wife’s iPhone, and it works perfectly. Only apple-branded adapters will allow this to happen, so if you need to do the same, accept no substitutes.

I bought this thinking I needed it for my headphones then realized the headphones had a lightening plug already so I took it back. A week later I was asked to connect to a speaker system with a 1/8 plug and couldn’t because I needed the adapter.

I need these for traveling and always seem to misplace them. Headphones on the planes usually have to have them to watch anything so I’m super happy with buying this one for such a low price today.

Not sure how to review it. It's a simple cable adapter for a 3.5mm jack. Does the job and apple makes us buy it anyways as it removed the 3.5mm jack. Something that Apple made to make money as its easy to loose period!
