It gets the job done, good strong connection, and the price at Best Buy is much better than if lets say you were to need to get it in an airport for instance (personal experience).

I recommend having the adaptor for versatility.

Compact size also makes it easy to lose. Leaving it connected to headphone cord solves the problem of miss placement.
