I love having a few of these around to use specially with my older car stereo systems. I carry one in the car, an have 2 at home. You can't never go wrong with these, and now they are a necessity if you still have old school sound systems that you still keep in mint condition and listen to them.

I bought some headphones while visiting Chicago. I headed out for my run but realized that my new iphone had no speaker port. Returned to the store and the clerk showed me this adapter. It fits into the charging port and works well. I just wont be able to listen in headphones and charge my phone at the same time. Weird design choice by Apple but whatever....

Easy to use and durable! Since most new phones no longer have aux cord plug-in ports, this little gizmo is super handy to use your headphones and other deviced that still have cords

If you want to listen to music on your iPhone with headphones that have a 3.5mm connector, this is a good product for that. It is easy to lose, but like most of Apple's other products, it has held up and it has not given me any issues with regular use. It's worth paying the few extra bucks to buy an actual Apple one.

I worried that it wouldn’t work as well as the original adapter I had purchased from AT&T but for the price I couldn’t pass it up. So far, it works just as well and hopefully it lasts as long as the more expensive ones. Overall satisfied with my purchase & would recommend.

Apple’s use of the lightning port for sound is a bit of an issue for those of us who want to use a nice set of headphones to listen to music....but this little adapter allows you to connect any set of 3.5mm headphones to your iPhone. Works great...even with my Roland studio cans.

I purchased this accessory to use with my Bose earphones. Easy to connect with any in the earphones that does not have the flat connector for the IPhone. Of course Bluetooth headphones does not require this adapter but I not like to use my wireless headphones all the time because it runs the battery down too much.

After having two other brands that would also charge failed, I bought the Apple adapter. I use it to connect to my car's aux input. I wish it would charge, but after the other two failed, the Apple adapter has worked for coming up on a year. Working is worth more than the features I wish for.

Great for changing regular headphones into headphones for iPhones that need an adapter. Great to take in an airplane that doesn’t have in flight entertainment in the seatback. The new iPhones cannot use regular headphones so you need an adapter. It’s easier to carry then two sets of headphones.

I first bought this adapter to connect my phone to my car stereo, but that did not work. Since then, I use to listen to podcasts with my earbuds in bed (which works better than trying to keep EarPods in your ears!). It attaches easily and there is no deterioration in sound.

Bendable, good quality, but the only down side is you have to have this item for wired headphones or wired connectios to external audio devices such as receivers, car stereo's etc. Anything that isn't Bluetooth compatible. THEY ARE EASY TO LOOSE TO! So either remember where you place them, or buy additionals . I've had this happen a few times already. ALSO, you cannot recharge your phone while this product is in use (for those wondering) you'd have to buy a similar version of this that has a charger built into it. It's a 2 in 1 adapter, Belkin makes this product adapter as well

Needed a new adapter for my headphones for my newer I phone and this one works perfect. Simple to use. Best Buy ships very fast which is much appreciated. Works great with my new Sony headphones. Glad Best Buy has quality Apple Certified products such as these so I don't have to make a trip to the farther away Apple Store.

This adapter is needed to use 3.5mm headphones with new iPhone. It is very inexpensive about $10 but I decided to be cheap and save $1 by buying an open box item. Store rep said that buyer probably bought wrong adapter. So I got open box item, but when I tried it, it did not work. I returned it with ease, and got a brand new one which worked as designed. My only issue was that a defective/broken item was put back on the shelves apparently without testing. This caused me to make a second trip to store. Best Buy cannot retest everything that is returned and thus the lower prices for open box. But buyer beware when purchasing open box items especially something more complex that may take awhile to verify all functionality. My adapter had just one function - to play audio. Either it worked or did not work. It was immediately obvious it’s status the first time I tried it.

This device saved me a lot of money. When I got my new phone, I lost the ability to plug in my ear-mounted audio devices. This little genius adapter solved the problem. I’m pleased.

It’s a great product, but it’s too bad that Apple essentially is forcing people to buy it especially if they use Square reader. I still feel that the input and the audio input should be separate and that this is a flaw in the design of the iPhone. Other than that everything works great!

Since the iPhone doesn't have a headphone jack anymore this adapter is accentual for anyone who likes listening to music on their phone or watching videos. The best of all it doesn't break easily, I've had mine for years and use it daily. It still looks brand new.

This little adapter works well. It has a snug fit at the 3.5mm end so you gab just leave it on the audio cable for future use in the car without if falling off and getting lost in a crevice. The only downside is that you cannot charge your phone at the same time, except possibly using a wireless charging pad. Got it on sale for $8.99 also.

When Apple removed the headphone port from their iPhone, the only solution was to add this adapter. There are times when wired headphones or earbuds are necessary or preferred, and this is what you need to make it work. It works seamlessly, though it is a minor inconvenience and a small added cost. I still am glad to have one.

This is little tiny thing does magic with better sound if you want to connect to a sound system with better sound quality (lossless) and the quality are great!!
