This small adapter is perfect for letting me use my wired headphones when I don’t want to use the Bluetooth settings on my phone.

Something most forget but to take advantage of your device and its uses don't forget this adaptor! Its great for many things you want from your device.

If you want to use any wired headphones that are not the new iPhone ear buds with lighting connector, this is one way to be able to use them. Not too expensive, and does the job fine. However... If you need to charge your phone, AND you want to listen to music on headphones, this adapter is not the solution.

I’ve had to buy a couple in the past but this one is very durable I’m not sure if Apple changed anything but this one has lasted me a couple years

My work laptop still has the pin port to connect. My new iPhone doesn’t. This is not only necessary, but perfect. Get the original, not some inferred knock-off.

Inexpensive device (costs less than buying an iPhone 7 earphone) and easily allows you to convert your existing ear buds to be compatible to the newer iPhones. Highly recommend this!
