Easy to use and works fine when your trying to use regular earphone with you iPhone 7. I have the EarPods for previous iPhone and beats by dre, that I often use with this adapter.

These are great adaptors and are essential if you use old phone jack headphones with new iphones with lightning connectors. They are just a little pricey since you may need more than one.

This is a very useful accessory to have on hand. Since you still need some things to plug your phone into using a headphone jack, this is a must to have around.
