It does its job. Allows you to use wired earbuds or headphones on lightning iPhones that lack a headphone jack.

nice short compact adapter to be able to use some pairs of my older wired headphones with 3.5 mm ends to connect to iPhone (or iPad) with lighting connectors. Too bad Apple did away with the headphone jack on their last few iterations of iPhones so they could just make more money on selling adapters so we have to can still use our old tech with new phones. Bought this on sale once and liked it for myself so picked up another one for family member. Usually good sound quality-sometimes drops sound, have to play with cable but usually very reliable.

A must accessory if you are using wired earphones. Small and compact and easy to use. A must tool for newer Apple devices.

Good price, Works as described, easy to use. I was annoyed that the 7+ did not have a headphone jack, but this solves the issue by plugging into the charge port and then the headphones plug into this adapter.

Have been using it for over an year now as I had 3.5mm jack earphone and wanted a connector for my new iPhone and it works perfectly. Best connector for both calls and music.

When I got my iPhone 8, I was a little distressed with the ear buds that came with it. I have never used Apple earbuds because they just will not stay in my ears, and they are uncomfortable to me. And so are the fancy new ones. I am okay using the older Sony or other style earbuds, but they don't connect. A friend of mine had similar issues, and she had an adapter, which I thought would solve my issue, and it did, but I got one off Amazon and it didn't last very long, maybe a week, it seems the cord couldn't take much stress, it was too rigid. This one I got from Best Buy seems to be a lot more flexible, and it has far outlasted my previous adapter, so I'd say this one is a winner!

It works as is intended. It’s always a hassle having to have an extra piece to use wired products. I miss headphone jack days but if you need it, at least you know it’ll work. Catch it on sale if you can, or open box otherwise it’s typical Apple and overpriced lol

This product works great and is extremely useful for most audio equipment. Apple basically has a monopoly on this adapter but the product is necessary to listen to the audio on new iPhones.

I've gone though a few of these, wish they were more durable since they are so expensive. They are ok, not great, not bad, just ok. They shouldn't be needed, the headphone jack should never have been removed and it CERTAINLY wasn't "brave" to do so as apple asserted, it was so they can sell you these PURE AND SIMPLE.

Needed this for my FIL. It works well and is easy to use.

I have a projector and this device is absolutely needed to drive my Apple phone to it. Works so well. Love it! All you do is attach it and off you go.

I almost didn't buy this based on the reviews. I had bought a pair of a knock-off brand and had some of the same issues mentioned in some of the 1-star reviews attached to this item, but then I bought 2 orders of this item and they are definitely Apple brand. They come in authentic Apple packaging and work just like the one that came with my iPhone 7. Personally, I miss the Auxiliary jack and I had my fit when Apple took it away with the iPhone 7, but it is what it is and now I need these little "extras". At least this one actually works.

I still like using old school wired headphones and connect my phone to an old car. This little device is a lifesaver. Allows me to use my IPhone 13pro and listen to music. Best Buy has the most competitive price.
