I primarily use this adapter to send the output for the many Synth apps I have on my iPad to an external amp or mixer. It does the job extremely well. I don't use the adapter outside of the studio, so I can't attest to how well it stands up to every day use. I can get a better noise to signal ratio by using a USB adapter to send a digital signal, but as a way to use the iPad as a synth module in a real world setting, this adapter does perfectly fine.

I happened to be on a United Airlines flight that didn't have a tv screen so I had to watch movies on my cell phone. Since I didn't have any place to plug my earphones into my cell phone, I couldn't watch anything. The flight attendant told me about this device, and I just purchased it. No more problems for my next United flight in August.

Like many iOS users the switch on new phones from aux ports to lightning for earphones was both a blessing and a curse. Can’t charge and listen at the same time unless you buy the dongle! Ugh! Also? Your old earphones are still good - what do you do with them? Well this little device solves that. While you can’t charge and listen at the same time (unless you have wireless charging) you CAN keep your old earphones! Totally worth it.

This Apple lighting to aux cord is a lifesaver! It's really easy to use and it works perfectly with my iPhone. The sound quality is great and it's really durable too. I love that I can listen to music in my car without having to worry about Bluetooth connections. Highly recommend!

Not withstanding my extreme displeasure with Apples decision to require this adapter, it is pretty durable and works well.

Works well except for it should have a split in it so that you can have a charger on your phone at the same time. Nice if you have an older radio auxiliary input

Works just as you need it to. I hate having to charge yet another device periodically, so I continue to use wired earbuds. Not happy that Apple got rid of the headphone jack. At least this device allows me to continue to use wired ear buds. But with any official Apple product, seems way overpriced. Also, I wish they had an official Apple multi device to use the wired ear buds and charge the phone at the same time.

My autistic daughter loves to listen to music hooked to her phone but she needed the adapter. It works great!

It does what it says it will! Definitely a good option if your car doesn’t have Bluetooth.

Great adapter for iPhone headset. Had actual Iphone headset and it broke. Like my original head phones and able to use with adapter.

Used this to play music at a family reunion, the bluetooth functionality didn’t work on wireless speaker so I went to Best Buy to grab this and it saved the day. After attaching to my phone and plugging it into the speaker’s auxiliary cable we had music and I saved the day.

What I’ve been looking for to use my plug in Bose headphones for my iPhone XR instead of buying a new Bose wireless for about $250 more. I can use it also for this plugin adaptor connect to old car stereo that doesn’t have blue tooth. I may eventually have to upgrade but for now it does the job without having to spend hundreds of dollars. Apple products are of high quality and only cost less than $10

After a recent update to my iPad, the regular headphone jack was garbled. Bought this adapter and problem solved! Works like a charm!
