These work great to connect to our car auxiliary ports. Unfortunate Apple has to use something different, but they do the trick, so our lightning devices connect to the car stereo's. Pretty inexpensive as well, around $10.00.

OEM, needed for mini plug on new iPhones with lightning jack only. I bought as a backup for wireless earbuds . Apple used to include this on older iPhones(not work 12 models) and the used or not needed price around town is $10 just like there new price. So, might as well get new.

If you intend on plugging in headphones to a newer iPhone without a headphone jack, this is what you must have. It plugs into the lightning jack (where the charger cable plugs in), then the headphone will plugin to this adapter. Since I usually forget to bring my adapter with my on the airplane, I'm always happy that Best Buy has them!

My wife uses her Bose noise-cancelling ear buds to listen to music and teleconferencing. When her old Apple adapter started to fail, we bought her a new one to replace it. Although there are other adapters from other manufacturers in the market, the Apple one never fails to work with the iPhone!

Works almost as good as a real 3.5mm jack! Is what it is. Build quality remarkably better than the average off brand that was nearly the same price.

I bought a cheap non Apple adapter and it didn’t work. I would get a message that the device is not compatible with my iPhone. Bought this instead and it works great. I plug it into my phone and attach a 3.5mm to RCA stereo jack cable, plugged into a receiver to stream music through an older stereo system in my garage. Perfect!

I was disappointed with Apple when I realized the new models no longer came with the dongle in the phone box. I went on Amazon and purchased a non-official dongle through there and it worked for about 2 days then began to give me issues. This dongle, on the other hand, has been working perfectly since I bought it.

I bought this for my iphone 11 pro max when apple no longer had the headphone plug. It does its job and I still have it now. I plug it in when I'm doing yardwork and just put on my headphones to listen to some music. Very well made and not flimsy.

Good quality product from Apple. Enables use of standard headphones with iphone13. Apple Should include this adapter with their expensive cell phones.
