Use this to play online music from my phone to the AUX setting in my old car. No Bluetooth in your old car? No problem. Just plug this into your iPhone and then plug in a male to male AUX cable from the phone to car jack and voila... Works great.

Does the trick to set up earplugs with phone. Wish it weren’t necessary. An option to newer technology for younger users.

This Apple adapter allows you to use the charging port of a phone to connect to a boom box or to connect an older car’s stereo system. By “older car” I mean an automobile built before Bluetooth was available in cars. The adapter works well and fills a critical need.

I had to get it when I purchased my iPhone because I listen to Amazon music in the car a lot.

I don’t think there’s much more to say than the fact that this product fulfills a need that was created when Apple got rid of the headphone jack. If you still have headphones without the lightning connector, this is the product to use.

So far so good. Firmly connects to the aux cord and don't have any problems in reception or staying plugged in. This is my second purchase of this adapter (lost the other), and still works just as well.

My new Apple iPhone XS does not have a seperate Aux connector for the ear pods so you have to use the lightning port or wireless Bluetooth. I prefer wired so this is a good accessory to allow me to use them. No problem. It works perfectly.

I cannot function without this adapter. As a dance/music instructor at 5 institutions, I need to be flexible and have an arsenal of cords and gizmos. This adapter allows me to play music from my Iphone and my students' Iphones when needed.

She lost the one that came with her iPhone 8 Plus. Good price, just what she needed. Very small in size. If you use a lot of headphones with 3.5mm plugs, with iDevices that have only Lightning ports, you need one of these on each of your headphones. That way they don't get lost.

Got a new iPhone that dosen't have the auxiliary jack any more. I was thinking of buying Air Pods, but I bought the above-referenced item instead. I'm okay with it. I like it.. it'll due. It's fine.. it'll work.

When Bluetooth is crackly or battery runs out on your favorite non Apple headphones That has a wire backup, a good adapter such as this comes to the rescue!!! Apple makes a superior product at a reasonable price. Get one to keep wherever you are!

I have a blue tooth stereo in my car. My iPhone 6 worked well, but for some reason, my iPhone 8 won't connect. So, got an auxiliary cord, but then realized it wouldn't work with my new phone. This little jewel does the trick! I am now able to listen to iTunes once again on my stereo.

This adapter is a great buy, and so easy to use. I am a fitness instructor, and the sound system that the gym has doesn’t work with IPhones. This adapter allows me to hook up to their sound system with ease. It’s a great buy, and not very expensive.
