nice short compact adapter to be able to use some pairs of my older wired headphones with 3.5 mm ends to connect to iPhone (or iPad) with lighting connectors. Too bad Apple did away with the headphone jack on their last few iterations of iPhones so they could just make more money on selling adapters so we have to can still use our old tech with new phones. Bought this on sale once and liked it for myself so picked up another one for family member. Usually good sound quality-sometimes drops sound, have to play with cable but usually very reliable.

Works as expected. Nice little package. Easy open.

Works great! Great connection, easy to connect and works great if you don’t have Bluetooth on your music device.

I was sick of looking for my one pair of iPhone headphones that fit my iPhone 7. This converter does just the trick to turn any standard headphone into one you can use with the 8pin plug. So far it’s held up great.

A must accessory if you are using wired earphones. Small and compact and easy to use. A must tool for newer Apple devices.

Needed this in a pinch when I forgot my connector while traveling and could only hook up my phone in the car through 3.5mm jack. This did the trick and there was no issues with sound quality or connection.

I have a projector and this device is absolutely needed to drive my Apple phone to it. Works so well. Love it! All you do is attach it and off you go.

I have some very nice corded headphones but the new generation of iPhones don’t have a headphone jack. This adaptor solved that problem and meant I didn’t have to buy some wireless headphones.

I almost didn't buy this based on the reviews. I had bought a pair of a knock-off brand and had some of the same issues mentioned in some of the 1-star reviews attached to this item, but then I bought 2 orders of this item and they are definitely Apple brand. They come in authentic Apple packaging and work just like the one that came with my iPhone 7. Personally, I miss the Auxiliary jack and I had my fit when Apple took it away with the iPhone 7, but it is what it is and now I need these little "extras". At least this one actually works.

So my wife broke the original dongle that came with her courage phone, and after buying and returning a non courage adapter we were faced with the reality that courage does not play well with others and you must buy courage stuff for your phone if you dont want a error message popping up every 10 seconds. Thanks be to tim cook I found a open box adapter that costs just slightly less than an actual on board headphone jack, and I bought it with best buy points so it cost me nothing, which is ironic because its the same amount of courage it took to remove a basic function from an otherwise perfectly good piece of hardware and replace it with a super durable adapter. Man what was I reviewing again...

This works as advertised. It is just a small cable but you never know when you buy something like this. But as you would come to expect when you buy something from Apple it is generally a QUALITY item.

The plug, jack and cord are very well made and do the job perfecty on my iPhone XR. So happy to be able to use my ear pods with the new phone. Strongly recommend this Apple made item.

Bought at $8. Nothing good or bad. Easy to use. Works seamlessly with my AKG earphone and iPhone.

With Apple's official products the quality is usually fine, but the prices are not always.....nice. This produced was fairly priced and seems to work well, so far.

I bought an iPhone 8plus and don’t have Bluetooth in my car (I know, I know). This adapter allows me to listen to my phone and it’s quality is excellent. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

This adapter is strong and compatible with all phones and tablets in our household Have bought off brands from Amazon and Ebay that said they would work but did not. Stick with what you know will work!

The new iPhones don’t have audio jacks, and if you want a Bluetooth wireless ear buds, that’s fine, however if you like traditional head phones/ear buds then you’ll need a lightning adapter like this. It works fine, but since it uses the phone’s lightning input, you can’t charge it and listen at the same time.

Intended to allow EarPods provided for MacBook to be used on iPhone. Fits perfectly and securely. Works fine with no connection problems.
