Needed if your not utilizing Bluetooth. Even though I’m solely Bluetooth, there have been some instances where this was needed.

Works great with my iPhone 8. Can use earphones when I forget my wireless. Any earphone jack can fit. Would buy again if it gets lost.

Works well. A must have if you don't have earbuds with a lightning connector, or if you need to plug into the AUX jack on the car radio. Purchased as a spare.

My daughters have new IPhones, but old beats headphones. This adapter allows them to use their old beats headphones. Buy a couple extra- we've lost 4 already!!!

Still using some wired headphones. Never run out of battery and also compact to carry. This Apple adapter is required for newer iPhones, so it was a no-brainer to buy these adapters at BB, since they had the best prices.

With the change to the new iPhone 7 removing the headphone jack this is a must to use existing headphones. I find you need to or three. One in each vehicle at least.

My car is an older model so I couldn’t plug up my IPhone. Once I brought the adapter I could use my IPhone and listen to the music I downloaded.

While I resent Apple making me use a product like this, it does what it’s supposed to do. I try not to use Bluetooth accessories especially when I have a slew of wired ear buds/headphones . This adapter lets me use what I already own. The concerns I have are how well it will hold up over time, and I fear that one day the Lightning end will break off in my phone and I wont be able to remove it. But as of now, I’m happy with my purchase

Got new phone but have older Bose headphones. This is great to have to listen to music on great headphones
