With any new iphone, you'll need these if you are trying to use old earbuds or other earphones with the metal audio plug in. Worked just as needed. Easy.

Bought this so I can listen to music in my car. I have a iPhone 7 and it doesn't have a jack for headphones, so this is perfect for this, fits great into power jack. Great buy and cheap.

Love this adapter for using in my car. My car is not Bluetooth capable for my phone, so being able to access my music and listen through the car speakers has been great.

One of these adapters came with my iPhone and I attached it to my headphones that I use at work. However, I needed a spare for my other headphones that I use at home/outside so I purchased this additional one. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, is small enough that you can keep it attached to the headphones and the headphones still fit in a case. It's also inexpensive enough that the purchase is absolutely worth it so I don't have to remember to unplug the adapter from one set of headphones and put it in my bag so I don't forget to take it to work to use with the other headphones!

The downfall of the cellphone is having to have this adapter and not be able to charge your phone at the same time but the product works exactly how it’s suppose to.

My daughter had an iphone 6 for 4 years before we upgraded her to the iphone 8. Downside to the 8 being no headphone jack. My daughter loves music and listens to it on her phone all the time. I don't understand why Apple made such a dumb move as to remove the headphone jack. It's too bad I can't get her to switch to an android phone. My daughter really wanted a device that she could use to both charge her phone and listen at the same time. We tried buying that type of device twice and neither one worked. So, we returned them and bought this. At least it works!

Small package, but it works as advertised. I was about to buy a cheap-o knockoff on another popular e-retail website, but after watching a YouTube video of a guy comparing the authentic adapter to one of the cheap knockoffs on an oscilloscope, I didn't want to mess around. The signal on the authentic adapter was measured to be clear and guaranteed no hiss. Hey, maybe you'll get one of those $1-5 cheap-o knockoffs that work perfect. Good luck. Now of course the downside of this style adapter is no charging while listening, but whatever. I'll live.
