This a great headphone adapter for your iPhone 7. You can use your regular headset with iPhone 7. Highly recommended for iPhone 7 users.

I was very glad I picked up some extras of these to leave in my car, when the car decided it didn't want to stream Bluetooth from my iPhone 7 Plus anymore. Came in very handy... I wish you could charge through it also, but Apple hasn't set that up (yet).

This is my 3rd or 4th adapter. I keep losing them or forgetting them. The only problem is the headphone jack comes out about 1/16 of an inch and I have to keep pushing it in. I bought some knockoffs on Amazon but they don't work.
