    I got this for someone in the family and it is used every day. The only complaint I have heard about it is that upon occasion it is not returned to its home location and can’t be found. Then I hear a LOT of complaints!! It works very very well. I am actually online now to purchase one for myself because I lost mine years ago and haven’t needed one until recently.
