Perfectly connects the audio cable from my new phone to my older car. Makes driving a whole lot better when I can control the audio and not be subjected to commercial radio.

I bought this adapter because I still had several earphone cords with the old connection. The adapters have allowed me to 8se the other cords instead of buy replacement cords

Another product that I always keep around. I have several of these. My iphone doesn't have a convenient headphone jack. I keep a cord plugged into my Aux port in my car and this allows me to plug into my phone. I have music and navigation from my phone to my car stereo.

I Buy 3 every single time, One for car to put my aux cord in, one for the work bag and everyday and another one stash aside in case one of them get lost. Losing this little cord is soooo annoying but is neccessary. Wish there was another cord created to for me to charge my phone and have my headphones in at the same time (EX: being on Facetime and my phone is on 10%)

With physical real estate on iPhones a scarce commodity, I understand why Apple chose to instead use the Lightning port for wired audio devices. Not much frill in an audio dongle, just to say it works as it should. The price was fair. Bluetooth earbuds are fine but they seem to either lose charge and die quicker than advertised or get lost due to their small size. Wired headsets are cheap, plentiful and work just as well except in the certain situations where a wire gets in the way.

I saw this adapter when I went in to have my earbuds checked. Not provided with XR phone when we got new phones in April. Associate showed me the adapter. Bought it just over a month ago and used it every day with my old earbuds. Excellent piece of equipment! Didn’t have to throw out the various earbuds I had for previous iPhones.

Short enough to be easy to carry without bulk. Secure connection. No problems.

If you have an iPhone that no longer has a headphone jack, you're going to want this ugly as sin dongle. You're going to want that dongle for use with any of your wired headphones and earbuds. This is also good for connecting professional video mics to be used while shooting video.

This is a replacement of lost adapter. I use it to connect 3.5 mm earbuds that better amplify sound than the iphone earbuds - I have a hearing loss and need amplifier. The prior adapter lasted quite a while before I lost it. Do avoid buying adapter that provides both 3.5 mm insert and the charging cord - that model failed for me more than once.

Awesome purchase! Was looking for this exact adaptor so that I was able to use my older wired headphones this fit the ticket.

I totally LOVE this! Sleeping with a partner left me unable to check music, email and shop. Awake long into the night or riding in the car, this enables me to connect my Bose ear pieces to my phone and shut off all audible sound except for what I hear. Worth it’s weight in gold!

Works exactly as expected. Too bad Apple got rid of the headphone port and forces us to use a dongle for our headphones, but if you need to, this will work.
