I bought several of these from Amazon and they did NOT work. My iPhone did not recognize them. Then I bought these from Best Buy. These worked great. No recognition issues with the Best Buy official Apple products. I apparently tried to save money the wrong way again with the cheaper knock offs from Amazon. Lesson learned.

The product works great. The four stars is because I actually need this adapter instead of Apple just doing like everyone else and just putting a phone Jack in for people to use in the first place. Apple just loves making you pay for everything.

Connected to my aux cord and my phone to listen to music in an old car

I drive an order vehicle that doesn't have the ability to link my iPhone. This Headphone adapter allows me a quick and easy way to connect to my iPhone now I am to listen to podcasts as well as my own play list through my vehicle speakers.

Review wise this works perfect every time. Now my issue with this adaptor is I think this was a genius move on Apple's part. I have bought at least 10 of these for my son because he has an iPhone 7. I can only imagine how much money Apple has pulled in off this adaptor by getting rid of the headphone jack. Brilliant move Apple!

Excellent product for people who game, couldn't keep up with the lag using BT earbuds so these solved them. Tt is kinda annoying when kept in the pocket as they might bendbut held up good so far.

Good quality and its useful for iPhone 7 and above.

It is a quality product, good price, it gets you out of trouble and highly recommended.

This is such a great product since my phone doesn’t hold an aux anymore. I finally get to use my beat headphones once again.

Excellent adaptor for using conventional earphones. I'm not ready for air pods, so this does the job. Works very well. I purchased a second adapter to keep in reserve. Haven't had to use it yet.

Let’s me use my old non-Apple earphones with my iPhone 13.

I dropped my iPhone while on a walk and my adapter took the blunt end of the fall. It probably saved some damage to my phone so I was pleased I only had to buy a new adapter. Other then that it does exactly what it’s designed to do. ( I highly recommend buying the AirPods so you don’t have to fool with any cords)

Solves all kinds of problems. you dont need an apple earphone, or airpod max. you just need to plug your affordable earphone into this and you're good to go. quality is not bad, and its worth the price

We keep these around when our boys want to use their gaming headphones with their iPhones. Oh, we would have purchased 1 instead of two however please remind your 7 year olds, you may not put your older brothers Ear Pod pro's in YOUR MOUTH.....not happy about that one.

This is the only lightening to Headphone adapter that you should purchase for it is an official Apple product. I bought others for less on that large business website that sells everything where they did not work. It was frustrating. Glad that I went to Best Buy and found these!

We needed an adapter to play music over a phone through the audio system at our high school baseball field, and this one did exactly what we needed. It's a firm, secure connection. Toughest part? Remembering to bring it every time.

High quality as expected from Apple. All other knock offs are for the same exact price but greatly worse quality. I’m glad apple made a cheap solution to the issue they created with removing the headphone Jack.
