This headphone jack adapter and s easily the best way to use standard headphones on an lightening jack only iPhone. It really is a great addition to those who want to use headphones like apples beats.

Tried this with several older headphones and earbuds with the 3.5mm jacks and they all worked fine. Sound quality is the same as when using the headphones directly. Will keep a couple around as they're handy when I just need to have headphones quickly and my Bluetooth buds are being recharged.

Works great! Great connection, easy to connect and works great if you don’t have Bluetooth on your music device.

works as described - don't care that the end is different on my phone, but there is always reason for change. Headphones sound great using this adapter.

I just upgraded to an I Phone XR, I use Bose Noice Canceling wired headphones, needed a way to keep using them, this adapter is perfect, nice and small and does not get in the way at all.

Since I haven't found the perfect pair of wireless headphones yet I can never have enough of these things around. Now I can have one permanently in my car and another to float around with me and my phone.

It does what it's supposed to do, and it's noticeably better than knockoff dongles.

Works great for what I use it for! It’s pretty straight forward but it does an excellent job. I travel with it almost daily. Holds up strong.

This is my second one for a separate application. A bit 'salty' on cost, but good quality with confidence it'll do the job. Seems ridiculous that Apple doesn't have an adapter jack separate from the phone so you can charge and listen.

I have too much of an investment in quality headphones to abandon the headphone jack just because Apple wants me to. I do webinars and need a headset with microphone and the earbuds don't do the job. Shame that I can't charge via Lightning at the same time, but now at least with Qi-based charging I can charge and talk using this adapter.

This is designed to allow the user to adapt a 3.5 mm headphone jack to an Apple phone with a lightning port. You don’t need it for Bluetooth headphones. However, if you have old wired headphones that sound great and you don’t want to get rid of them, you can’t simply plug them into your latest iPhone that only has a lightning port. This little gizmo fixes that issue, and appears to be very well built, as most Apple products are. At $10 it’s a tad expensive, but if you need it, I’d recommend you stick with the Apple brand for quality.

The apple headphone adapter works well with my i phone. It seems sturdy and fits comfortably on my original adapter which came with my i phone 6

Purchase new iPhone XS Max and it needs this adapter to use with my old headphone. Very good. I still kept it in the box when not in use to prevent me losing this adapter. Very useful.

If you don't use Bluetooth and want to plug your headphones into your iPhone there is no choice but to get this adapter. Apple high quality as always and works like a charm.

Coming from an iPhone 6, I was skeptical about using an adapter for my headset. It works well and I have been pleased with the sound quality for calls and for listening to music or watching movies.

I highly recommend getting only authentic apple adapters. They're durable and trouble free. Just be careful not to lose it because of it's small size. Leave it attached to a pair of headphones.

I still use wired Bose headphones because of the sound and volume range especially when riding my Harley. This connector works perfectly with my new iPhone 11.
