My iPhone did not come with an adapter to account for there no longer being a 3.5mm port on the phone. I found this adapter at Best Buy so now I can use the lightning port on the phone to connect my older accessories.

This is exactly what I needed for my "old" car which it does not have Bluetooth. I use it so I can connect it to the cassette so it plays the music out of my iPhone.

This is the dongle you need if your phone lacks an aux port, home button or other. It plugs into the charging port and has an adapter end that accomodates an Aux jack.

Works as intended with no connection issues that sometimes occur with other brands. Field tested in commercial use application.

Works as expected. Just wish they still included it with the Iphones.

I still find it crazy that I (an old guy) prefer wireless AirPods while my teenage daughter prefers wired headphones. Who knew! Anyway, glad this was available to accommodate her! ;)

the adapter works great!! I just don't love having to use it and not being able to charge my phone

I purchased this to replace the adaptor that came with my iPhone because I misplaced it. I needed it for work to connect my phone to a lapel microphone and it works perfectly. It it just like the adaptor that came with my iPhone.

Works well as it should. I personally feel Apple should include one of these with a $1000 phone but glad Best Buy could help.

The connection between the cable and the connectors feels really frail and flimsy, so I try to be extra careful when using it. I've seen some 3rd party versions, but getting this one ensures complete compatibility. Could totally be priced at $5.

It works, no issues and the price is fair to get to use your phone on devices that need an aux.

i hated that apple switched up their headphone jacks but hey it still works

I love my iPhone X. It was miraculous to go from a 5c to an X. My 5c was struggling for almost a year before it simply gave out, forcing me to replace it. I am thankful this adapter exists for my abundance of regular, non-lightning headphones. I do, however, think it ludicrous it needs to exist at all. Here’s looking at you, Apple.

This item was bought for my daughter after we upgraded her to the new iPhone XR. The new phone doesn't include a standard 3.5 mm headphone port. This adapter works perfectly allowing her to use her standard headphones with the new phone.

It’s the same adapter that use to come with the iPhone. Works as expected.

They work. Wish there was a better option. Unfortunately you have to spend so much.
