Great for grandkids

Have so many of these headsets lying around that I got this adapter so I won't have to purchase another iPhone headset for my spouse - she tugs the cord to unplug and, eventually, breaks something inside.

If you need an adaptor, it works, but it doesn’t really fix the fundamental issue of the design of the phone.
