I am a fan of all Apple accessories. Unfortunately this is a necessary one with the new iphone8. You need this adapter to connect your headphones to the phone. Enjoy!

works excellent. didn't want to take my more expensive earbuds in public or carry multiple for different devices.

Can be used on any headphones that has a jack plug and not apple friendly. Does wear out over time and easy to loose. Luckily it's cheap to buy

Works great and a good price! Got a new phone and had old ear buds I’m really attached to so this was great to be able to still use them!

For this accessory, I would recommend staying with Apple. I purchased two off Amazon that were less expensive, but neither worked as well as the Apple one. I get tired of the visual flag telling me "this device may (or does) not support this accessory" for most non-Apple accessories.

This can be hard to find when you travel and seem to misplace this little piece constantly going between devices. Thankful for mobile units in the airport!

U don’t know why they removed this amenity from iPhones 7 and up. Now you have to add this piece to listen to music Through the speakers in ur car. Just another way apple making money off us. You will need this additional piece if want to use your head phones and aux.

It's really easy to lose this small adapter. I was happy to see it didn't cost that much to replace the one I lost and I could continue to use my over the ear headphones.

Pretty straight forward item and works just fine. Took away one star due to the seemingly under build of the thin wire between the two connectors. Still, a very handy thing to bridge my new iThings with older but still viable technology.

I bought this adapter to use with a Square reader that plugs into a headphone jack. It worked as intended for the newer iPhones with only the lightning connection.
