Does the job if you need to plug in traditional head set (3.5” plug) to a newer Apple product without the Jack.

Rather perfunctory. Enables you to connect to 3rd party headphones and speakers. Will get outdated if Apple switches to USB C on future iPhones.

If you have an iPhone 7 and up the audio jack is removed so that’s why you get usb lighting adapter for an auxiliary jack or head phones use.

Thank Apple for this purchase decision. Multiple Bose headphones and earbuds + iPhone 8Plus = lightning-to-3.5mm adapter. The $10 seemed like the correct choice.

Good product but I think it’s stupid that you have to buy one of these for even new headphones to work in apple products.

Great adapter, unfortunately I was forced to purchase since I can’t use all my headphones on my phone

I love my apple products, but man I hate the you need specific adapters for every little accessory you have. I purchased this adapter and a $8 pair of skull candy, works perfectly fine.

I got a new iPhone and couldn't use my old headphones. I like having some at home, work and in my car. This adapter let me have extra headphones again.

Since the phone did not have the plugin built in it this item is a must. Does what its supposed to do and reasonably priced.

With no headphone jack. This is a must have. They work great and do the job well. I only giving it 3 stars due to having to have one. They are small and get lost easily. I had to buy 3 now due to my girlfriend always misplacing them.

Standard adapter and Apple product. Works great as needed. Unfortunate that we have to use these things for a 3.5mm cable!

Picked up an extra adapter to keep in the automobile. Best price for this product that I found. Highly recommend that if you have an Apple 7, that you pick up a spare.

I’ve had one of these in the past but seems always lose them somewhere - Being able to have a replacement available for so cheap was very cool!

Thanks to apple taking away the headphone jack on iPhone 7, I don't have a choice but to use this adapter. This wire was probably the cheapest I've ever seen apple sell any product of theirs for. The wire is very thin, and flimsy.

Functions just as described. Love that I can connect my phone to the sound system at work for more music choices.

So far so good! I have had some friends that have had to purchase a second or third one but I haven’t experienced any problems with the product thus far.

I wish Apple had kept the audio jack on the iPhone 8. Nevertheless, the Lightning-to-3.5 is a necessity if you want to use other audio devices.
