It's an apple product for an apple phone so of course it worked :) I had purchased a cheapy one online and of course it didn't work. so I lost a couple dollars there. Best buy had the best price only 10.00 everywhere else it costs more.

MUCH better than the slightly cheaper off-brand adapters. Have one I found from 5 years ago and that one still works!! Worth the money.

I use this as part of my background tracks for a band. This is my second one. The first one is still good and handles the travel and on-stage abuse very well. I usually have to replace my other cables way before this one.

It's come to the point where many need this bad boy! Had to buy because I sometimes drive my mothers car and every time I went to plug in the AUX cord I would have a mini melt down. So this little dongle is a mini melt down saver! iPhone 7 rejoice!

If you have the 3.5mm plug style head phones and you upgraded your iPhone this adapter is what you need. Now you can still use your head phones with newer and older devices.

If you have need to connect a pair of wired 3.5mm headphones (with mic) to an iPhone, this adapter will work.

This is the only real way to use your older headphones with the new phones offered since they removed the headphone jack. This is 100% worth the price. If you don't want to go out and buy Bluetooth headphones then you need this plug

If you have any Apple product you will probably have use for this lightning adapter. I love the compact length of this piece, it is definitely fast charging and the quality it on point.

I have a pair of corded Bose headphones that still work great. This adaptor allows me to continue to use them with Apple lightning devices. Much cheaper than buying new headphones.

Whirlpool are the best in washers and dryers. Other big names produce them but. None wear like these do.

It's unfortunate that these adapters no longer come with the latest iPhones. However, the product itself works exactly as expected, is recommendable to those in need, and deserves a good rating (regardless of Apple's decision).

The review summary says it all. You have to have an adapter or wireless headphones with the iPhone 7. This adapter is cheap and works fine. Only downfall is that you can't charge your phone and listen to music, podcasts etc. at the same time.
