So I bought these for my wife and daughters. It’s just another way for Apple to extort money from its customers.

Great small adapter for headphones

Plugged headphones and/or splitter then wife and I listened to digital books while flying. Better than jet noise. Because it is small, keep track of it it can easily get misplaced.
