My friend has one that I have used. Figured I'd get my own. Use it to upload photos to iPad Pro. Works good. iPad Pro has USB3 internally and this reader is supposed to support USB3. Photos load pretty fast.

Since Apple devices need an adapter for everything lol, I bought this to transfer images from my drone to my iPhone X. It works as it should, was a little expensive but necessary for uploading sd to iPhone

Tried a third party SD card camera reader prior to buying the Apple product. Other reader worked intermittently, zero issues with Apple reader. Use it to transfer videos from GoPro to Ipad. Go with Apple!!!

I take a lot of photos on my digital camera. It was simple to transfer photos to my laptop, but I just bought an iPad pro. The lightning card reader is a very fast way to download the photos to my new iPad.

Needed a camera card reader for my IPad Air. I new Best Buy would carry what I needed. Salesman helped me find what I needed so I didn’t waste time. Able to get what I needed right away.

If you shoot photos and have an Ipad to look at them, this is a requirement. Photos transfer quickly and all you have to do is connect the cable and insert the SD card. Very useful

Excellent item to transfer files from sd card to iPad or computer. Unfortunately Apple no longer offers their "camera kit" for those who use a camera to take photographs and want to place same on iPad or computer.

Bought this because sometimes my camera with the bluetooth can be slow with transferring images, but with this item it helps speed up the process really easy.
