    Originally, I wanted to transfer all of my photos onto an SD card with this adapter, the transfer speeds were about one mb per second which is not optimal when you’re transferring over 100 GB of data. What I did was I bought another powerful adapter with the highest transfer speeds and connected it to my Mac and transfer the photos that way

    It transfers pics from SD cards to ios devices. Apple changed the way it works. You used to open photos and imported the pics there, now you do it in files.

    If you shoot a lot of pictures like I do you need this! It is a lot faster than transferring photos over wifi/Bluetooth, specially if you are going to edit on the iPad in RAW.

    Work great with my iphone x and ipad with ios 12.1. Was able to upload photo and MP4 video with no issue. Please note that this is uploading to iphone and ipad only.

    Lightning to SD reader makes short work of transferring photos from other devices to iPad. No need to use iTunes to mske trsnsfet. Save tremendous amount of time anf steps.

    Perfect way to upload pictures quickly to your phone. Especially in this day and age where people use DSLR’s for their Instagram pictures. So much faster than a WiFi memory card.

    The concept of this adapter alone is amazing. Before having this, I would have to wait until I got near a computer to upload my stuff. Now I can upload to my phone directly in seconds!
